October 9th:
First of all we'd like to thank
everyone who showed up on our gigs in Stockholm on
September 18th-21st! Extra thanks to Misha and The Lingua Collective for booking
the gigs and for giving us roof over our heads and to Fabian for giving us a
ride.
And of course also to the bands we shared stage with; Lingua, Come Sleep,
Rövfitta,
Prowess and Karpis.
Photos from the gigs will arrive
shortly and we might even throw in a few audio
and/or video clips.

September 13th:
Horns Of Anguish signs to
Kampas Records!
That's right! We've signed a deal
with Kampas Records in Finland. Look for
an album to come out in 2009.
Here's the official statement:
"Finnish Ostrobothnian west coast area record company Kampas Records has
once again strengthened their family line-up with a couple of remarkably
talented
acts. One of the acts is Finnish THOMAS WHISKEY, who play metal music with
slight gothic leanings a la Sentenced. The other group springs from the
neighbour
country Sweden. This act is called HORNS OF ANGUISH and they are with K. to
paint the sound scenery with their somewhat post hardcore-like (Isis, Neurosis
etc.)
guitar driven tune.
Already on the Kampas Rec. family with THOMAS WHISKEY and HORNS OF
ANGUISH, there are extremely skilled groups like REVERSION (progressive metal),
VERSO (semi-progressive thrash metal), ELENIUM (melodic death metal) and
SYNESTESIA (death metal).
Kampas Records expects most productive cooperation with the bands and quality
filled release from both during the year 2009."
We're really looking forward to this, and we hope you will too! We'd also like

Our mini-tour is now all decided!
We'll be doing four shows in Stockholm
supporting different bands each night: Karpis, Come Sleep, Rövfitta and
Lingua. It will be awesome and you will regret missing this!

We'd also like to announce that
we have decided to proceed as a two-piece
in the future. Me (Filip) and Morgan will handle everything from now on when
it comes to recording and writing new songs. However, we will have additional
musicians with us when we play live. For the Stockholm gigs in September
our former guitarist Roger Malm will join forces and shred it on stage!

July 25th:
Once again we're sorry we haven't
updated in a while. We've been busy damnit!
We do have some news to share with you though, our guitarist Rasmus Bergman
is no longer in the band. He had to go because of lack of dedication. However,
we're currently working with a few other potential replacements. As of now, it
looks
like we'll have gigs to do in September and when the time has come we WILL
have a guitarist. It's just a matter of WHO? So don't worry..

April 7th:
Covers arrived today
from the printing company!
If you'd like some high quality music with a nice front and back cover to look
at while listening head over to the merchandise
section. It's not a real printed
CD, it's just a CD-R but it sounds just the same and also we save a few
nickels so we can expand Morgan's collection of midget-porn magazines.
We've also made some neat pins for you to wear. Go check it out!

March 24th:
We finally finished
recording our new demo!
It did take us some time, much more than what is acceptable, but now we're
finally done! We recorded five tracks in total but will only be using three of
them to promote ourselves and they're all available in the
media section for
free download. If you don't feel like downloading these at great speed you can
go for the streaming never-ending-load-time alternative which is our
MySpace
profile.
Our objective right
now is to just get the word out as much as possible. We
want everyone to hear this! If you think you can help us achieve this in any
way (you have/know of a label, a distro, booking agency.. Or maybe you're
just a dedicated fan) contact us!
